Ready to take the next step to GO Throw Velo?

Coming This September: GO THROW VELO Program with Gardy O'Flynn!

Dear Athlete & Parent Community,

I am thrilled to announce a game-changing addition to our fall lineup! Launching this September,  GO THROW VELO Program—a high-performance velocity, arm care, and strength protocol directed by Gardy O'Flynn and backed by the gold standard in human movement, Tom House Sports & National Pitching.

What is the GO THROW VELO Program?

The GO THROW VELO Program is built on decades of scientifically validated biometrics, biomechanics, and rotational athlete research pioneered by Tom House, Gardy O’Flynn and the National Pitching Association ownership group.

This program goes beyond throwing hard; it focuses on building sustainable, healthy velocity through proper kinetic chain sequencing, customized joint integrity, and dedicated strength conditioning. IRB Backed!   IRB stands for Institutional Review Board. It's a panel of medical professionals, scientists, and specialists—orthopedic doctors, sports physiologists, kinesiologists, nutritionists, sports psychologists—who evaluate and certify that a training program is scientifically sound and safe. It's not a marketing claim. It's third-party validation. That's the difference between saying something works and having doctors and scientists sign off that the science holds up.

Program Highlights-TOTAL BODY VELOCITY

  • Personally      Adaptive Programming: Every athlete's body and nervous system respond      differently. Training protocols—including load progressions, volume, and mechanics adjustments—are continuously tailored to each athlete's current level of adaptation, growth, and joint stability.
  • Integrated Full Body Velocity Work: High-yield, sport-specific strength training      designed for rotational athletes. Focuses on total-body functional power, hip mobility, core rotational stability, scapular control, and joint integrity to support higher throwing velocities safely.
  • Science-Backed Throwing Sequences: Master proper lower-half timing and kinetic chain      sequencing—teaching your hips, core, and shoulders to fire in harmony so your arm acts as a whip rather than forcing the movement.
  • Isometric Holds & Weighted Load Progression: Build neuromuscular recruitment and true rotational stability using customized isometric holds, heavy/light load progressions, speed towels, and multi-weight drills.
  • Biomechanics      & Movement Analysis: Track progress and clean up mechanical flaws      in real-time to optimize arm path efficiency and eliminate stress      bottlenecks.
  • Arm      Care & Recovery: Integrate proven health protocols, mobility      drills, and load monitoring to keep arms safe, loose, and durable      year-round.

Guided by Gardy O'Flynn MS, MAA

Former professional pitcher in the Texas Rangers organization and East Coast Director for Tom House Sports, Gardy O'Flynn brings nearly two decades of direct collaboration with Tom House. Holding recent up to date Master's degrees in Exercise Science/Biomechanics and Coaching & Athletic Administration, Gardy blends elite-level experience with cutting-edge movement science to personalize every athlete’s journey to peak performance.
