Most of our lessons and clinics are held in Ipswich, MA and in Salem, MA at the Grind Factory. Gardy O’Flynn will travel to do clinics in your area. For bigger events such as our NPA STAT Pitching Clinics and NPA Super Camps – are often led by NPA Founder Tom House – we use other facilities so that we can accommodate the larger number of participants. Our upcoming Tom House clinic is in Moorestown, NJ December 7th-9th and then in Foxborough, MA at Gillette Stadium February 1st-3rd.
We hold pitching clinics regularly on Thursday and Sundays at Ipswich High School and Tuesday and Saturdays at the Grind Factory in Salem, MA. We also offer individual lessons there, too. Please check our Events schedule for more information and to sign up. If you are from another area, NPA East has coaches from Ontario to Pennsylvania that are trained to help you perform better.
Our specialty is pitching, but we have ability to train all rotational athletes including QB’s! Gardy O’Flynn is the East Area Director of the National Pitching Association (NPA), which means he use the latest, data-backed and science-based research to help you improve your pitching, avoid injuries, sharpen your mental game and understand when it’s best to pitch (and when not to). We hold NPA clinics often, so check our schedule for these special events which fill up quickly. NPA Founder Tom House, who has worked with some of the best MLB pitchers including Hall of Famers (Nolan Ryan and Randy Johnson) and other elite rotational athletes including several NFL QB’s, occasionally leads these clinics.
