This program is run by Gardy O’Flynn and is overseen by the Chief of Orthopedics at Sports Medicine North and data is collected, shared and observed by the Micheli Center for Injury Prevention at Boston Children’s Hospital. PHASE 1 will meet 1 once a week (weekend offerings Saturday or Sunday) and have a dedicated classroom page with specific at home workouts for the individual athlete during the week. This program is perfect and adaptable to all throwing and striking athletes. We currently have Big 10 and PAC 10 QB’s involved, professional and college tennis players as well as all levels of baseball players. We have a volleyball program and are looking for athletes to be involved. PHASE 2 and 3 will be offered one or two days per week and suited for all level of players most dedicated in learning and performing what it really takes for the necessary effort, time and patience of the authentic challenging methods of an inside-out, bottom to top development program.
