CLINIC DATES:  Tuesday- Thursdays JUNE 25-27, JULY 2-4, JULY 9-11, JULY 23-25, JULY 30-AUG 1, AUG 6-8, AUG 13-15

HOURS:  9 AM – NOON    *** This training is perfect for weekend AAU players or QB’s getting ready!

WHAT’S INCLUDED:  

  • Daily baseball / QB throwing instruction and training, drills ,mound time (if pitcher) on our MLB-quality clay mound (don’t forget to bring your cleats!)
  • A set of weighted velocity balls (baseball or QB specific) and our patented elastic cords with the specific protocols for maximum results ($163 value!).
  • Plenty of one-on-one attention from NPA EAST Coaches
  • Small group setting where you can also learn from other players
  • Details on what good mechanics actually look like and how to achieve them
  • Velocity and accuracy  training and how best to make a jump in velocity without risking control issues or elbow or shoulder injury
  • Strength and conditioning workouts that are baseball/QB specific and learn what lifts to avoid
  • Information on the proper diet guidelines so you can optimize your body’s recovery.  
  • Learn how to keep a positive mindset – this is a skill that can be learned!
  • Take-home workout protocols that will help you further develop in the months and years ahead

DAY 3

Positive Mindset,  Strategies & Tactics
  • Positive Mindset Management
  •  Strategies and tactics specific to Pitchers & QB’s
