This Highly Qualified Functional training program process is the blueprint that will progress you properly for the integration of the explosive skill demands that will be placed upon your body’s acquisitions of ground force, torque and mechanical variables needed to come all together for your kinetic chain efficiency and maximum performance capabilities.
Making it ideal for all dedicated ROTATIONAL ATHLETES , regardless of competition level or technical deficiencies.
Emphasizing the commonly ignored and misunderstood baseline common weak links thru the imbalances in movement and tissue quality, recovery capacity and structural integrity that are created during the playing season and from our everyday cultural habits that lead to overuse tissue breakdown and dysfunction.
